Tagged the “not so mellow yellow”, Colman’s Dry and Prepared English Mustards is an almost 200 year old line with a long and successful history in the U.S. Known for their dry mustard in the distinctive yellow and red tin, Colman’s also offers a prepared version.

Almost 200 years of history…

  • Colman's brand was established in 1814
    - Started by Jeremiah Colman in England
  • 1855 - the bull's head becomes the trademark of the brand and stands as the trademark today
  • 1860's - the distinctive yellow and red tin is produced
  • 1995 - Colman's was bought by Unilever
  • Colman's continues to be a household name today

DRY:

  • Used as a key ingredient to spice up dishes
    - Can be used dry or mixed with water, vinegar, wine or beer
    - you can even add milk or cream for a richer flavor
  • Made from a special blend of black (Brassica Nigra) and white (Sinapis Alba)mustard seeds
    - Ground to superfine, flour-like powder
    - Nothing else is in the product
  • Available in 2 ounce tin & 4 ounce tin

PREPARED:

  • Zesty, hot English mustard
    - Unique flavor unlike any other prepared mustard
