- Used as a key ingredient to spice up dishes
- Can be used dry or mixed with water, vinegar, wine or beer
- you can even add milk or cream for a richer flavor
- Made from a special blend of black (Brassica Nigra) and white (Sinapis Alba)mustard seeds
- Ground to superfine, flour-like powder
