Crab Cakes with Tartar Sauce
3 cans Reese Lump Crab Meat
1 egg beaten
6 saltine crackers, crumbled
1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Maille Original Dijon Mustard
dash Worcestershire
Reese Tartar Sauce
Combine all ingredients except crab. Gently mix in crab meat. Shape into 5 crab cakes. Cover and chill for one hour in the refrigerator. In a large frying pan, heat about 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Sauté over medium heat until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side). Serve with Reese Tartar Sauce.
