Mediterranean Salad
1 head Romaine lettuce
1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 cup grape tomatoes
1/2 cup cured black olives
1/2 cup Reese Onion and Garlic Croutons
Blanchard and Blanchard Black Olive Salad Dressing
In large salad bowl, tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Add pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, olives and croutons. Toss dressing lightly with salad.
