Reese - Olives

The sunny hillsides of Spain provide the perfect climate for growing the best olives in the world. Plump and flavorful, Reese green olives are picked at the time of perfection to ensure the best flavor and then packed in glass to showcase their quality. There's a variety for every eating occasion - from the basic Cannonball to the exotic Triple Stuffed.

Recipe: Green Olive Potato Salad

6 medium potatoes, unpeeled
1/2 Cup Dry white wine
1/4 Cup Fresh dill, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Parsley, finely chopped
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Maille Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Reese Stuffed Green Olives, sliced
Dill Weed Sprigs

Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Cool slightly and remove skins and slice. Place in a large mixing bowl, add wine and toss lightly. Combine remaining ingredients and gently stir into potatoes. Chill well before serving.
