Marinated Shrimp
3/4 cup Maitre Jacques White Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup Da Vinci Olive Oil
1/4 cup Reese Non Pareilles Capers
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 bay leaves
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 lbs. shrimp, cooked & peeled
1 onion, thinly sliced
Mix the first 9 ingredients in large bowl. Add shrimp and onion; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Transfer shrimp with marinade to serving bowl. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
