Paprika Chicken
1 lb Skinless and boneless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
3 Tablespoons Da Vinci Olive Oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 Tablespoons Sweet Kalocsa Paprika
1/2 cup Chicken broth
1 cup Sour Cream
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet. Cook chicken over medium heat for 3 -4 minutes on each side until lightly brown. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add onions and mushrooms to the pan and cook until onions are tender. Add paprika and continue cooking for another minute. Add chicken and broth to the skillet. Cover and cook over low to medium heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Reduce heat to low and stir in the sour cream. Heat thoroughly making sure the sauce does not boil. Serve over noodles.
